    Verdant Brewing Co

    Penryn, Cornwall, England

Verdant began life back in Autumn 2014 when homebrewers Adam and James teamed up with Rich to craft US-inspired beers that weren’t available locally. Since then the team has continued to grow alongside the demand for our beer! Over the past few years, we’ve become synonymous with hop-forward beer styles including pale ale, India Pale Ale (IPA) and Double IPA (DIPA). Track Brewing Company

    Manchester, Greater Manchester, England

In 2008, Sam set off on what would become a two year odyssey cycling around the world. The first part of that trip took him from the East to the West Coast of the United States, it was on this leg that Sam started coming across small Taprooms and Breweries producing beer that left a lasting impression. Beer became more than a way to end the day. It became a way to reflect, connect and share. Local breweries were the lifeblood of communities large & small, places for discussion, inspiration & exploration. 1 bike, 5 continents, 25 countries, 35,000 miles. The start of an idea! After returning from that trip, Sam threw himself into the beer world, gaining experience in London before heading back to his home in the North West and settling on a 2000 Sq/ft Arch underneath Manchester's Piccadilly Station. Track was born. After years of working away in our little arch, we finally found a location to take the next step and realise the dream we'd had since our inception. To have a Production Facility & Taproom all under one roof. In the summer of 2021 we moved up the road to our new, all in one facility on Piccadilly Trading Estate, our new home. A lot has happened since the start, more people have joined, the brewing capacity has increased but the heart of it remains the same. To produce beers to take you on your own journey.

    Beak

    Lewes, East Sussex, England

Conceived as a nomadic brewery, The Beak has spent the last several years releasing small batches of unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with the help of friends at some the UK’s greatest breweries. We’ve now laid roots in the historic brewing town of Lewes where we’ve built a neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed fermentation project. A 10 minute walk from Cliffe High Street, it has 15 keg lines devoted to brewery-fresh beer, alongside a guest beer fridge and a natural, bio-dynamic wine list curated by the youngest Master of Wine in the UK. Alongside world class drinks, we offer an ever-changing roster of street food every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    Rivington Brewing Co

    Chorley, Lancashire, England

A craft brewery & taproom founded in 2014, located on Home Farm in the Lancashire countryside of the UK. Our focus is on creating the best possible hoppy beers, lagers, stouts, sours & our latest project, barrel aged ales. We're probably best known for our hop forward pales & IPAs, with our flagship pale, β€œNever Known Fog Like It” consistently being our most popular beer. From brewing with no experience on a plastic home brew kit for Mike’s wedding, to brewing on a 20hl kit today producing around 2,500hl (2024), with an additional 30 barrels in our new store, it’s been over 10 years of organic growth thanks to the support of our local community. Based on a working farm, we opened our taproom & camp site in 2019 which overlooks Rivington Reservoir at the foot of Rivington Pike & boasts fresh beer pours, cans, merch & the best street food around every Wed - Sun. Outside of beer, we're proud to have introduced various social groups into our community, including a walking club, a cycling club & a running club of around 70 attendees. It’s our belief that it is the team that makes the company, not just the individual & in 2023, we introduced the 4-day work week to allow our team more time to rest, recharge & increase productivity within work. Although our inspiration is drawn from all over the world, our focus remains very much local. Rivington will continue to concentrate on making the best beer, in the styles that we love, for the people in our community

    State Of Kind Brew Co.

    Wigan, Greater Manchester, England

State of Kind Brew Co. launched in spring 2021. As you can imagine, it’s taken a fair bit of planning, and yes, you’re right, we basically started a brewery in the middle of a global pandemic. This isn’t quite as crazy as it sounds. In a funny way, it’s ideal: if we can make it work now, we can make it work any time, whatever the world throws at us. Our state-of-the-art brewery and taproom is based in the heart of the North West, Wigan to be precise, home of the Wigan kebab, fancy dress on Boxing Day and the country’s only land-locked pier! We are going from strength to strength, we are brewing amazing beer, and our taproom is ready to welcome you any time, so why don't you pop in for a pint and say hello!

    Belschnickel Brewery

    East Riding of Yorkshire, England

We have moved our nano brewery to a new home in the old taxi office at Bridlington Train Station, right beside the historic Station Buffet. The space is currently under renovation, but once complete it will be the hub for draught and cask beer. Our cans and speciality bottle-conditioned beers will also be available at the Station Buffet and through our online shop once the renovation is finished. We’re excited to welcome beer lovers soon to taste, share, and celebrate our small-batch creations in this unique railway setting. Belschnickel Brewery is named after a German folklore character from the southwestern region of Germany where Kevin our Head Brewer was born. We chose this name as our beer names and branding tie into German language and culture and is a theme we wish to continue throughout our line of beers whilst we grow.

    Little Earth Project

    Sudbury, Suffolk, England

Little Earth Project is a forward-thinking craft brewery with its roots in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. We produce mixed fermentation beers that harvest the power of wild yeast and bacteria to produce unique flavours. By using a combination of wild yeast we source from the lees of our own cider, Castlings Heath Cottage, as well as organic hops and barley that we grow ourselves, plus ingredients foraged from local hedgerows, we produce beers that are true representations of Suffolk in a glass. Our beers are produced in small batches which are moved to wooden oak barrels to rest for anywhere from 3 months to 2+ years. This natural, organic approach is applied to all parts of the business, as well as our pub, The White Horse Inn.
