Welcome! We are a bar and brewery in Crewe, always guaranteed to have on tap twelve beers, twelve ciders and plenty of choice of cocktails, gin, rum & wine. We always promote LGBTQ+ inclusivity, and are a #everyonewelcome member, and always will be. Our bar is also dog friendly and child friendly until 8pm, but not in main bar. We brew all our own beers and try to be as forward-thinking and creative as possible, always open-minded to new ideas and flavour combinations. Staffordshire Brewery has over 100 years of combined brewery experience and knowledge to offer you, and it all started in 2002 in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands. Myself and partner Sue began brewing hand-crafted beers in our garden shed, with just two fermenters and a four barrel plant - the ales were bottled in the kitchen! As our beer production grew, we moved to a unit in Cheddleton, enabling a 6 barrel plant to be set up. In 2010, six new recipes were formulated and over 12 months, the plant expanded to 20 barrels. A high speed bottling line was installed for the company’s own use, but which also offers contract bottling to other specialist breweries. In 2017 we installed a new 35 bbl brewery. Gin is our next venture..

All our beers and ciders are contract brewed by our neighbours, Staffordshire Brewery. Cottage Delight was founded in 1974, originally creating handmade fudge. Over the years, the range grew to include chutneys, sauces and many more delights such as our beer and cider range. Four decades later, we are still residing in the heart of the Staffy Moorlands. Our dedication to traditional methods and quality ingredients is paramount to our products – which have won an amazing 198 Great Taste Awards. Our incredible journey would not have been possible without the support of independent trade and we remain loyal to these local retailers; our drinks are only available in garden centres and farm shops, as well as local food festivals.

Flash Brewery - beers from the dark worlds... Operating at a secluded location in the Peak District close to Flash, the highest village in Great Britain, we specialise in bottled-conditioned beers. We brew the traditional way NOT because we can, but because we want to (and have to.) We always use the best products available and most importantly we take time and care with brewing, respecting the environment by using steam to sterilise the equipment instead of chemicals. When brewing, we use malted barley- we do NOT add sugar to speed up the brew and save on barley! We use seaweed NOT animal products to clear the beer, so all our beers are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
