We’re a new brewery based in Glasnevin, Dublin along the banks of the Royal Canal, founded by brewer Shane Long and the families behind some of Dublin’s best known pubs. Pubs that have years of experience knowing the tastes of their customers. ‘Changing Times’ has created new locally brewed, authentic and refreshing tasting Irish drinks to meet changing tastes. Across the pub counters, customers were saying they were in the mood for change. They told these publican families that we should be brewing our own range. The wanted new, but refreshingly Irish draft beers. We listened and took note. That customer feedback led to chats, which became conversations, which became discussions between themselves and brewer Shane Long. That’s how Changing Times was born. Change has been good for modern Ireland. That is the spirit behind Changing Times - there’s always time for something new. Changing Times is about changing minds, one sip at a time!

Our Name, Our Story The name "Tūn" reflects two key inspirations. Tūn is an Old English word for settlement or community, a nod to the connections beer can foster. This word lives on in the suffix "-ton," found in the names of many British places, including our home in Chorlton, Manchester. Secondly, "Tun" is the name given to the brewing vessels, such as a mash tun or lauter tun, that are essential in the creation of beer. Together, these meanings represent our vision: to create beers that bring people together while honouring the craft of brewing.

Zeitgeist Brewing is a brewpub located in Haderslev, Denmark. We brew easy-drinking lagers and ales, a variety of hoppy and sour beers, and occasionally barrel-aged specialties. Our brewery, fully visible to all visitors, is complemented by a two-story restaurant that includes a rooftop terrace and a cozy indoor Biergarten featuring an olive tree and plenty of daylight streaming through the skylights. The building, originally constructed in 1911, has been uniquely restored—preserving elements of its former use while adding a modern twist.
