About Bridge's End Brewing Co.

At full capacity, Bridge’s End Brewing Co. is built to produce up to 2,200 barrels annually, with a strong emphasis on quality over quantity. Our 7-barrel brewhouse features a unique three-kettle system, giving us the ability to perform traditional decoction mashes—an old-world technique that brings depth, malt character, and authenticity to our lager program. We’re a lager-focused brewery, equipped with horizontal lagering tanks and oak foeders that help us craft clean, expressive beers with nuance and balance. Our lineup leans light and highly drinkable, with a focus on lower-ABV offerings that invite you to linger. Expect crisp Czech- and German-style Pilsners, Helles, and Dunkel, alongside Kölsches, Berliner Weisse, Belgian Ales, and the occasional Hoppy Pale Lager or IPA. These are beers brewed for conversation, community, and coming back for another.
