About Birdtown Brewing

Opening in April 2026 after over a decade of development, Birdtown Brewing is a unique Lakewood, Ohio, brewery located inside the stunningly restored, 100-year-old former St. Gregory the Theologian Catholic Church on Quail Street. The spacious 260-capacity venue features soaring vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and a 32-foot bar, offering house-brewed traditional lagers and ales alongside West Side-exclusive pizzas from Geraci’s. The venue includes a main beer hall, a lower-level bar with pinball, and an outdoor patio.
