We are obsessed with brewing delicious bright balanced beers, from Heritage Milds, rice pales, Lagers to big punchy old school west coast IPA's. Proper. We brew using whole cone hops and our onsite Borehole water with minimal to no intervention - resulting in a very distinct "All Day" flavour profile. From originally only selling beers in farm shops, local food festivals and farmers markets in Suffolk and Norfolk, our beers are now available on draught and bottled across most of East Anglia. The Plough was the first Grain pub in 2010, with keg production starting in 2012. The Spread Eagle in Ipswich and The Corn Hall in Diss followed, and who knows what the future holds?

We are a multi award-winning small brewery based in Norwich. The Fat Cat Brewery was formed in 2005 by pub landlord Colin Keatley. Since then we have won several awards and have been represented on numerous occasions at the CAMRA National Beer Festival. Much of the success of the brewery is down to the hand-picked team that run it on a day-to-day basis. We have won several awards at beer festivals all across the UK as well as numeral regional Beer of the Year awards including CAMRA Norfolk Beer of the Year 2017 (Fat Cat I.P.A). The real ale produced at The Fat Cat Brewery is available at the three Fat Cat pubs in Norwich as well as The Fat Cat (Ipswich), The Fat Cat (Colchester) and numerous other pubs across Great Britain.

We have been brewing since 2014 on our tiny 1 barrel brewery at the Queen’s Head in Haddiscoe, Norfolk. We brew traditional English-style ales with the occasional foray into the new world. Whilst small and humble, our local reputation has grown across more of the East Anglian region. We have had some success too - we won ‘Beer of the Festival’ in 2017 and 2018 at the Beccles Beer Festival, for our Thurlton Gold and Norfolk Cascade respectively. Thurlton Gold won the same award at CAMRA’s Norwich Beer Festival in 2018 as well.

Wolf Brewery

Wolf Brewery was founded in September 1995 on the old Gaymers Cider site in Attleborough, Norfolk, The brewery was founded on the principle of producing high quality real ales made with the finest local ingredients and this ethos continues to this day. The business grew steadily and, in 2005, the brewery was sold to WBC (Norfolk) Ltd. The business outgrew the existing premises and in 2006, a major investment was made in new brew plant and a move to Rookery Farm, a couple of miles away in the village of Besthorpe. After further growth we then moved again, in the autumn of 2013, to our own bespoke premises in the Heart of Norfolk at Decoy Farm, Besthorpe. The water used throughout the brewery is drawn from an on-site chalk based well. The malted barley all comes from Norfolk and once we have extracted the goodness from the malted cereal, cattle on a neighboring farm benefit from the remaining grains.

Making cracking real ales since 1998! Humpty Dumpty Brewery was founded in Reedham, Norfolk, and moved to our current location on Church Road in 2001. We take our name from the GER Class T-19R steam locomotives that operated on the Norwich-Lowestoft line in the early 20th Century. The 2-4-0 engines were front-heavy and looked as if they might fall off the line, and so were dubbed “Humpty Dumpties.” We operate an 11-barrel brewplant and produce a wide range of award-winning real ales. We are a well-established award-winning microbrewery in the heart of the Norfolk Broads delivering cask and bottled real ales to pubs and outlets across East Anglia. The brewery was built in 1996 and is housed in an attractive range of traditional former agricultural buildings adjacent to St. Peter’s Hall. Siting the brewery at St. Peter’s was ideal because of the excellent water quality from our own deep bore-hole. Locally malted barley is used, together with Kentish hops, to produce a range of classical English cask-conditioned ales. In addition the company produces a range of superb bottled beers. We brew ‘traditional’ beers (bitters, mild etc.) as well as some more unusual beers such as honey porter and fruit beer. (We are replicating what was common practice up to the Nineteenth Century to add fruits and honey to beers to create special seasonal brews).

S&P Brewery are a father and son run 10BBL microbrewery. We opened in July 2013 and chose our name for a reason. In 1927, major Norfolk brewers, Steward & Patteson, sold a piece of land to one of their barrel makers, Albert Davis, and he built a bungalow for himself on it. I bought the bungalow and accompanying two acres of land in 1983, living here with my family since. Having been a keen home brewer for a very long time, it had long been a hope that one day, a link could be made to the history of the property and it could become the home of a new brewery. After a long struggle to get planning permission, the green light was finally given for us to have a bore well on site. Trademark approval for S&P was granted, and the rest is history.
