    Track Brewing Company

    Manchester, Greater Manchester, England

In 2008, Sam set off on what would become a two year odyssey cycling around the world. The first part of that trip took him from the East to the West Coast of the United States, it was on this leg that Sam started coming across small Taprooms and Breweries producing beer that left a lasting impression. Beer became more than a way to end the day. It became a way to reflect, connect and share. Local breweries were the lifeblood of communities large & small, places for discussion, inspiration & exploration. 1 bike, 5 continents, 25 countries, 35,000 miles. The start of an idea! After returning from that trip, Sam threw himself into the beer world, gaining experience in London before heading back to his home in the North West and settling on a 2000 Sq/ft Arch underneath Manchester's Piccadilly Station. Track was born. After years of working away in our little arch, we finally found a location to take the next step and realise the dream we'd had since our inception. To have a Production Facility & Taproom all under one roof. In the summer of 2021 we moved up the road to our new, all in one facility on Piccadilly Trading Estate, our new home. A lot has happened since the start, more people have joined, the brewing capacity has increased but the heart of it remains the same. To produce beers to take you on your own journey.

    Rivington Brewing Co

    Chorley, Lancashire, England

A craft brewery & taproom founded in 2014, located on Home Farm in the Lancashire countryside of the UK. Our focus is on creating the best possible hoppy beers, lagers, stouts, sours & our latest project, barrel aged ales. We're probably best known for our hop forward pales & IPAs, with our flagship pale, β€œNever Known Fog Like It” consistently being our most popular beer. From brewing with no experience on a plastic home brew kit for Mike’s wedding, to brewing on a 20hl kit today producing around 2,500hl (2024), with an additional 30 barrels in our new store, it’s been over 10 years of organic growth thanks to the support of our local community. Based on a working farm, we opened our taproom & camp site in 2019 which overlooks Rivington Reservoir at the foot of Rivington Pike & boasts fresh beer pours, cans, merch & the best street food around every Wed - Sun. Outside of beer, we're proud to have introduced various social groups into our community, including a walking club, a cycling club & a running club of around 70 attendees. It’s our belief that it is the team that makes the company, not just the individual & in 2023, we introduced the 4-day work week to allow our team more time to rest, recharge & increase productivity within work. Although our inspiration is drawn from all over the world, our focus remains very much local. Rivington will continue to concentrate on making the best beer, in the styles that we love, for the people in our community

    State Of Kind Brew Co.

    Wigan, Greater Manchester, England

State of Kind Brew Co. launched in spring 2021. As you can imagine, it’s taken a fair bit of planning, and yes, you’re right, we basically started a brewery in the middle of a global pandemic. This isn’t quite as crazy as it sounds. In a funny way, it’s ideal: if we can make it work now, we can make it work any time, whatever the world throws at us. Our state-of-the-art brewery and taproom is based in the heart of the North West, Wigan to be precise, home of the Wigan kebab, fancy dress on Boxing Day and the country’s only land-locked pier! We are going from strength to strength, we are brewing amazing beer, and our taproom is ready to welcome you any time, so why don't you pop in for a pint and say hello!

    Torrside Brewing

    High Peak, Derbyshire, England

Brewing all manner of beers in New Mills, on the edge of the Peak District. All vegan, unfined, & unfiltered! We've been brewing in New Mills since 2015, based at the Marina and opposite the famous Swizzels factory. Our name comes from the other major landmark of the town, the Torrs - a park set in the 70-foot-deep gorge cut by the Rivers Goyt & Sett, that the town stands above and around, where many of the town's mills used to stand. We want to make beer that interests us, and we trust that will be enough for other beer drinkers to appreciate what we do. So our range reflects our love of smoked beers, imperial monsters, and well-balanced hop-bombs. And of interesting flavour experiments and style transgressions!

    Bundobust Brewery

    Manchester, Greater Manchester, England

Bundobust was born out of a collaboration between two Bradford boys, Mayur Patel and Marko Husak – the chef with generations of Indian food heritage, and the pioneering craft beer bar owner. Combining their expertise through a series of pop-up events, they spotted a demand for a contemporary update to the classic β€œbeer and a curry”: authentic dishes, boundary-pushing beers, flavours/techniques overlooked in mass-market Indian food/brewing, all served in an informal bar setting. The first Bundobust opened in Leeds in 2014, with five more opening since. Critically acclaimed and widely regarded as a game-changing enterprise within the independent food and drink industry, Bundobust is a beacon of successful casual dining in the North.

    Tun Brewing Company

    Manchester, Greater Manchester, England

Our Name, Our Story The name "TΕ«n" reflects two key inspirations. TΕ«n is an Old English word for settlement or community, a nod to the connections beer can foster. This word lives on in the suffix "-ton," found in the names of many British places, including our home in Chorlton, Manchester. Secondly, "Tun" is the name given to the brewing vessels, such as a mash tun or lauter tun, that are essential in the creation of beer. Together, these meanings represent our vision: to create beers that bring people together while honouring the craft of brewing.

    Marble Beers Ltd

    Manchester, Greater Manchester, England

Brewing up a storm since 1997, Marble Brewery is a microbrewery based in the heart of Manchester, UK. We specialise in innovative cask, keg, can and bottled beer, as well as revitalising historic British styles. At the helm is Head Brewer, Joe Ince, who is leading the brewery's new range of hop forward beers, barrel ageing programme, and exciting new events. The brewery was originally housed in the rear of The Marble Arch Inn, and comprised of a four-and-a-half-barrel plant installed by Brendan Dobbin. The brewhouse was situated behind glass observation windows, where curious drinkers could view their beer being created. The fermenters and conditioning tanks were situated in the cellar below. Due to increased production, the brewery expanded in 2009 to twelve-barrel capacity, seeing production up sticks and move to a railway arch a short distance away and creating Manchester’s first railway arch brewery. With no current plans to brew above 5000hl per year, we spread our production over seven fermenters, four bright beer tanks, one conditioning tank and a small but beautifully formed barrel aging program. As a small brewery with limited expansion we are proud to have sent staff onto; Blackjack Brewery, Buxton Brewery, Cloudwater, Wander Beyond, Sureshot, Legitimate Industries, Lost Cause Brewery, Magic Rock, and Thornbridge.

    Blackedge Brewing Company Ltd

    Horwich, Greater Manchester, England

In 2009 Blackedge Brewery was founded born of Shaun and Wayne’s passion for good beer. 15 years on we have become a well-known award-winning microbrewery at the heart of the small independent brewing community in the North West. Our dedication to excellence in brewing shines through in the award-winning beers we produce. Using only the finest natural ingredients, we use an expert blend of crushed malts, hops & yeasts to suit a variety of beer styles from light to dark, malty to hoppy, session beer to DIPA. The brewing methods we use are traditional but the beers we produce are hop-forward modern beers in cask, keg & cans. Inspired not only by the history of British beer making, we have also been influenced by our visits to the US Pacific West Coast where the standard of brewing is remarkable. We like to think we have found a good balance between traditional British beer and modern craft. Ultimately, we produce beers that we like to drink; hop forward pales and dark beers packed full of body and flavour.

    Riverhead Brewery

    Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England

The Riverhead brew-pub opened in 1995, with Ossett Brewery purchasing the site in 2009. The core range are named after local reservoirs, with the height of the reservoir relating to the strength of the beer. Brewer, Richard Armitage, has created many new beers whilst retaining the old local favourites such as Butterley and Redbrook. The Riverhead is our smallest brewery, which now boasts a new five brewers barrel plant producing just fourteen firkins per brew which means the majority of Riverhead beers are sold through the Brewery Tap itself.
