Ashover Brew Co
Clay Cross, Derbyshire, England
Ashover Brew Co is the re-birth of Ashover Brewery following its demise, back to continue the great beers and release some brand new exciting concepts. Historically Ashover have been brewing beers with malt, hops and passion since 2007 from a little brewery in the old stable block behind the Old Poets' Corner, Ashover. Unlike most breweries, we prefer to source from local suppliers, home growers and farms, plus our own foraging. In 2015, demand was so high that we expanded to an industrial unit in Clay Cross. Over the years we have won many awards with CAMRA and SIBA.

Thornbridge Brewery
Bakewell, Derbyshire, England
We brewed our first beer in early 2005 after the establishment of a 10 barrel brewery in the grounds of Thornbridge Hall. Our initial focus was on a range of cask beers that used traditional recipes but provided a modern twist through the use of a wide range of hops, malts and the innovation and passion of the brewing team. Now, with over 350 industry awards and a state of the art brewery and bottling in Bakewell, we're proud to be one of the leading craft breweries in the UK. Our beer now appears worldwide; initially it was only to Italy, but now over 35 countries worldwide, including our recent addition of Brazil, sell our brilliant beer. The increase in trade both at home and abroad has led to four expansions between 2009 and today.

Brampton Brewery
Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England
There once was another Brampton Brewery; in fact it’s fair to say that the original is the inspiration behind this new project and what continues to drive it forward. The relaunch as a microbrewery has been the realisation of life-long dreams for many of those involved. But there was nothing ‘micro’ about the original brewery, which ran for 130 years and owned 142 pubs, before brewing ceased in the 1950s. After an absence of over 50 years, it was reborn in the winter of 2007. A small team of local ale enthusiasts, led by head-brewer Chris Radford, revived the company name and breathed fresh life into the legend. Today this award-winning microbrewery operates three thriving cask-ale pubs, an off-sales shop and serves a local free-trade area.

Jolly Boys' Brewery
Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England
A story of warmth, banter, integrity and grace - Jolly Boys Brewery was established in the snug of a Scarborough pub in 2014. The four friends realised this was something they wanted to puruse. They savoured this thinking time and punctuated it with laughter, jocularity, brotherhood and slience – that comfortable silence where you shake your head and smile. And they never want it to end. They have spent their lives contributing via their day jobs to the support of others in society. This moral drive is important to them. Coupled with a love of beer, respect for the community and pride doing a good job, the boys made a life-changing decision: they were going to brew beer. What more honorable and worthwhile calling could there be?
