BrewBoard is a small independent Cambridge-based craft brewery. In the few years since we started, there have been many highs and lows, not least the hurdle of trying to start up while all the pubs close for 18 months for a pandemic. In spite of that, we have grown well and have a quiet ambition to ensure that pattern continues while remaining fiercely loyal to our main principle: to produce beers that we like and hope others will too! We have released over 40 different beers across an expansive range of styles. Founded in June 1999, in Milton, a village on the outskirts of Cambridge. In July 2012, Milton Brewery moved premises to the neighbouring village of Waterbeach, securing the future of the brewery, providing much needed expansion and allowing for further growth.

Manor House farm, Dry Drayton had a brewhouse many, many years ago so it felt great to be putting that skill back into a beautiful village. Replacing a piece of lost history. In 2011 the brewery set up in an converted dairy/pig farm building and at the same time drew inspiration from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall a talented writer, broadcaster and campaigner, who is widely known for his uncompromising commitment to seasonal, ethically produced food and has earned a huge following through his River Cottage TV series and books. My ultimate goal was to source as much as we could from our doorstep, so that every brew has a piece of local produce within. Like Honey from Over, and Hops from Swavesey. Local lavender and herbs.

We are a 2.5BBL (400L) nanobrewery located in Burwell. We set up as a commercial entity because we got fed up of people asking to buy our beer and not being able to sell it! We don't filter, pasteurize, artificially carbonate or add stabilisers. All our beer is gluten free by process. We can ship throughout the UK - just check out our website and order online.
