Woodshedding is a brewery situated on a farm in Somerset. We are inspired by the brewing traditions of owner and brewer Adrian Peskin’s British and German heritage. The beers are simple yet nuanced and reflect the quality ingredients used, that we source directly from other farms. We care about the way things are grown and connect to the farmers whose systems and practices for growing grain, promote good soil health. We are always looking to build relationships, narrowing the gap between growers and you guys, the consumer.
