   Ārpus Brewing Co.

   Eimuri, Ādažu novads, Latvia

Ārpus Brewing Co. is an independent microbrewery, founded in 2017 by craft beer geeks from Latvia. We brew what we love - juicy hop forward ales, fruity sour beers and bold imperial stouts. We chose Latvian word Ārpus for the name of our brewery, as its meaning reflects the types of beers we brew - outside the box, beyond the mass made lagers, beers with overwhelming flavours and aromas for people brave enough to step out of their comfort zone. The brewery is located just outside Riga (Latvia), equipped with a 20hL brewhouse and 20hL/40hL fermentation vessels. Our beer is packaged in 440mL cans and KeyKegs, then stored in a cold room to keep it fresh longer.

Historically, Miestiņš is hand-made and sweet beer. Back in the days, Miestiņš was a drink that was prepared from partly squeezed or full honeycombs and had a small amount of alcohol in it. Today Miestiņš is a specialized shop of beer, wine, kvass and zbiten. In Miestins shop, the beer selection is brought in from local breweries all around Latvia. Due to professional storage conditions and equipment that helps to not to get in touch with air in the process of pouring, the beer does not lose its first-class taste, light bitterness and value. Vecais Taizel's

    Liepāja, Latvia

Vecais Taizel's - beer with the soul of a Liepāja! Our story began in 2018, starting with experiments and a search for our own approach to brewing; today, we are a modern brewery located in the heart of Liepāja’s Old Town. We focus on quality, boldness, and diversity - brewing both classic lagers and a variety of ales and porters, bringing out the depth of malt and the richness of hops. Experimentation is part of our DNA: new flavour combinations, a contemporary perspective, and beer that knows how to surprise. Every beer is an experience infused with the character of Liepāja — carefully crafted in small batches, blending tradition with a modern approach.

    Viedi

    Jelgava, Latvia

The small brewery “VIEDI” was founded in April 2015. The brewery has no records of ancestral recipes, so beer recipes are the result of long-term experiments and a combination of quality raw materials and modern techniques which creates a different kind of beer. Also, the equipment used is adapted to modern brewing conditions, which suggests that not only ancestral methods can make a good beer. Brewery „VIEDI” creates „ale” and „lager” types of beer, which allows malt flavors to be highlighted in the beer, combined with the finest hop samples. Our beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, but that doesn't mean it has a short realization time! We ignore this false legend and therefore GUARANTEE that our beer will retain its quality taste properties for at least 3 months. Not only does Brewery "VIEDI" want to offer good beer, but also educate beer drinkers about the culture of enjoying this drink and create the conditions where the variety and availability of beer is the same as in the US or Belgium, so we know that we will not stop at what we have achieved. Our beer recipes are no secret either. Given our philosophy and all of the above, we claim: We do it differently

As a result, our beer is a guaranteed constant taste and quality at a good price. We spend many hours communicating with bartenders, so we know which beer is really needed now. Because of that we always make experiments, we look for new tastes and new horizons. We open for everybody and we always welcome for any excursions on our brewery as well. We can produce beer from Belgian classics to modern American school. Our assortment covers the most popular varieties in our region. The modern understanding of the beer and brewery processes allows us to keep high quality. We have experience and we are a team. As a result, beer has a stable flavor at an appropriate price.
