Historically, Miestiņš is hand-made and sweet beer. Back in the days, Miestiņš was a drink that was prepared from partly squeezed or full honeycombs and had a small amount of alcohol in it. Today Miestiņš is a specialized shop of beer, wine, kvass and zbiten. In Miestins shop, the beer selection is brought in from local breweries all around Latvia. Due to professional storage conditions and equipment that helps to not to get in touch with air in the process of pouring, the beer does not lose its first-class taste, light bitterness and value. The beer stays real!
