The brewery Zoltners has been a dream cherished for twenty years. It carries the name of our family, thus brewing is highly honourable, so that we always feel proud to present the beer for others. You cannot rush things in Zemgale, grains ripen slowly. Also Zoltners is made to be enjoyed without rush. Coupled with good food and conversations – savouring each sip.
