About V1 Brewery

CRAFT BEER BREWERY FROM LATVIA We are the most ambitious craft brewery in Latvia, opened in 2018 year. We can produce beer from a Belgian classic to modern American brewing school. Our list of beer covers the most popular beers in our region. Modern equipment and understanding of brewing processes allow us to make perfect the final cost of beer. However, we’ll never start to reduce selfcost by using cheap ingredients (we use the best malts, and hops from the harvest 2018 only). We have skills and we are the team. As a result, our beer is a guaranteed constant taste and quality at a good price. We spend many hours communicating with bartenders, so we know which beer is really needed now. Because of that we always make experiments, we look for new tastes and new horizons. We open for everybody and we always welcome for any excursions on our brewery as well. We can produce beer from Belgian classics to modern American school.Our assortment covers the most popular varieties in our region. The modern understanding of the beer and brewery processes allows us to keep high quality. We have experience and we are a team. As a result, beer has a stable flavor at an appropriate price. We spend a lot of hours with barmen, some know what beer is really up to. We're experimenting to open new horizons.
