About Persistence Brewing Co
Currently brewed at JJ's Brewery in Limerick. For many generations my family have been artisans of the City of Dublin; butchers, dairy men, bacon curers, fishermen, market gardeners, brewers. Our connection with the city is as close today as it always was. My passion is to share new beer with my local area, to give something of me and my city to you. We were local, organic, recycling, making-do people out of necessity, long before it was popular. Our beers are a reflection of our values, wholesome, of exemplary quality and really very good. Let's drink beer our grandfathers would be proud of.
