About Holendr

Holendr is a small handcrafted brewery situated in Valašské meziříčí (familiarly called Valmez), Czech Republic. We craft both top- and bottom- fermented unfiltered beers. Our brewers follow old beaten tracks and use no additives in the process of crafting our beer. Each type of beer is an original and we accept it´s specific needs in the crafting process. The fact we keep to all processes and recipes and use our water from Valmez gives our beer its specific taste. Holedr is bitter and honest as the life of people in Valašsko, the region of Valmez. In other words, Holendr is tough. Holendr je řemeslný pivovar z Valašského Meziříčí. Vyrábíme spodně a svrchně kvašené nefiltrované pivo. Při výrobě piva nepoužíváme žádné příměsi, držíme se poctivého řemesla a tradičních postupů. Každý druh piva je originál a my respektujeme jeho potřeby a specifické potřeby při výrobě. Pečlivé dodržování všech postupů a receptůry ve spojení s vodou z Valmezu dává našemu pivu jeho charakteristickou chuť. Holendr je hořký a poctivý jako život na Valašsku. Jinak řečeno, má grády.
