   Young Master Brewery 少爺啤

   Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong

Founded in 2013, Young Master Brewery began as a simple idea, creating something that speaks the language of our city in Hong Kong’s then-nascent craft beer scene. We wanted to change that—not just by making great beer, but by creating something that felt truly local. Today, from craft to culture, it stands proud as a symbol of local pride, cultural authenticity, and creative excellence in Asia’s beverage landscape.

   Carbon Brews

   New Territories, Hong Kong

carbon brews is a Hong Kong brewery that’s breaking boundaries, shaking up the scene – and doing it all with the you, the drinker, in mind. Our beers are brewed for the people, particularly for those who think they don’t like beer. We love our classic styles and crafty brands – but we feel there’s so much more to beer than what we’re brought up to believe. At carbon brews, we’re going against the grain – literally – using distinctive hops, yeasts, and barley to infuse exciting flavors that are far from the norm. Our brews bring together fresh tastes you’d never quite expect, for beers that downright burst with flavor.

   Deadman Brewery

   Kowloon, Hong Kong

Deadman Brewery was founded in 2019 by two stubborn brewers and one mortician who had time on his hands. We brew loud, ugly, beautiful beer for a city that doesn't slow down. With craft beer picking up steam across Asia, we're all for experimentation—that's how you land on flavours that are genuinely memorable, not just loud for the sake of a headline. Still when a beer tastes more like peanut butter or bacon than beer itself, it feels like an open-handed slap across the faces of the Beer Gods. Infusions and spice should complement what's in the glass, not steamroll the taste our forefathers spent centuries getting right. Here at Deadman, we believe in balance. Through extensive research and experimentation, we trust that our beers have struck the perfect equilibrium. Ultimately, crafting the best beer for you to enjoy.

the contemporary culture and collective memory of Hong Kong.
