A boutique brewery founded in 2016.
 We focus on the production of affordable, yet luxurious beer. 
Our beer has a fascinating connection with 
the contemporary culture and collective memory of Hong Kong.
 In a deliberately casual, schematic way, the logo conveys a black comedy and easy going attitude. 
Its Chinese name【ceoi3 be1 be1】derived from a Cantonese dialect. One of the meanings could be “bottoming up a refreshing beer” 創立於 2016 年的精品釀酒廠。
我們釀造輕奢，但貼地的作品。
所有都與當代文化及集體回憶息息相關。「吹啤啤」表達一種港式幽默，有好飲到「一飲而盡」意思。如果你向外國人翻譯「吹啤啤」，你會發現並不容易。廣東話的精鍊，就好像手工啤。只能體驗，難以言傳。 【吹啤啤】是廣東話方言，文化認同感。
