About Wackybrew

We are an independent Craft Brewery in Italy, producing beer with rigor and passion. The passion guide us every day in the choice of suppliers and raw materials and are the basis of the scruple that marks every single stage of the production process. The rigor is at the basis of a brewery in our details and in our study, both individual and organized of beer and its history, styles, tasting, organoleptic analysis and regulations regulating production, packaging and packaging consumption. Passion is the basis of our frequent visits to the breweries of Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic, Belgium and the Netherlands, England and Ireland, USA in search of ideas, reflections and secrets that are hidden in the hands and in the senses of the great brewmasters. But just the right amount of madness and extravagance has created the brewery WACKYBREW, whose members and founders have united their originality and skills that have roots in areas far apart.
