About Precious Things Fermentation Project

An extremely small nano brewery in Spokane WA crafting great beers for people we like and people we want to meet! We specialize in farmhouse and mixed fermentation beers with a European influence and a Pacific Northwest sensibility. We try and use only the freshest and most local ingredients we can. From the water in our well to the hops grown in Yakima Valley, to the malts grown almost exclusively in eastern Washington and malted ten miles away from us in Spokane Valley! Occasionally, we even use fruits, yeast and bacteria from our own 7.5 acres! Tasting room is open seasonally 2-8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays!
