This little smokey dream started way before finding a permanent home in the most southern part of Spokane Valley (SOVAL). Spokane native Travis Thosath founder and owner of TTs Old Iron Brewery first launched TTs at the Historic Luminaria Building in Downtown Spokane. Back then Travis shared space with a couple other brewers brewing out of an Incubator Brewing system next to now Golden Handle formerly the Steel Barrel Taproom. That's where Travis met Chad White also a Spokane native. Travis and Chad became friends and discussed what TT's might look like in its own space and the food it might serve. Instead of Chef White taking on another consulting gig both of these dudes decided just to partner up and added barbecue to compliment Travis's already popular beer offering. Since opening on Father's Day of 2019 TT's has been a smashing hit with the community and has earned multiple awards as Spokane's Best Barbecue.

We strive to provide a solid beer by using as many organic and locally sourced ingredients as possible. We believe that knowing what goes in to each pint of beer, and more importantly, what doesn’t, is of the utmost importance. At BLBC we take the craft of brewing beer to the next level by producing as many ingredients in our beers as possible. We farm our own hops, honey, corn, raspberries, blackberries, and other ingredients. We are not certified organic, but we do farm using the same practices without the use of harmful herbicides and pesticides. We strive to perfect every pint of beer from the seed all the way to your pint glass!

Founded in 2015 by brothers Jason and Patrick Spears, we specialize in modern ciders made with Washington apples. Our goal is to make ciders that don’t just make you say “Yum, that’s good”. We want to make you say “Hell yeah, that’s amazing!” We are not beholden to tradition, but we respect it. We love nurturing unique apple varieties to deliver the best traditional dry ciders possible. But we also love getting crazy and using the common Washington eating apple as a vehicle to create flavor combinations that make you say "Hell Yeah!" We'll try anything, as long as it's with REAL ingredients, not flavorings or artificial sweeteners. Our taprooms are the perfect testing grounds for flavor combinations that nobody would dare try out in a can for the first time- like Smoked Blueberry, Dates and Brown Sugar, or Vanilla Bean ciders. We want to open the world of cider for you to explore and try to make ciders across the spectrum.
