From the water in our well to the hops grown in Yakima Valley, to the malts grown almost exclusively in eastern Washington and malted ten miles away from us in Spokane Valley! This little smokey dream started way before finding a permanent home in the most southern part of Spokane Valley (SOVAL). Spokane native Travis Thosath founder and owner of TTs Old Iron Brewery first launched TTs at the Historic Luminaria Building in Downtown Spokane. Back then Travis shared space with a couple other brewers brewing out of an Incubator Brewing system next to now Golden Handle formerly the Steel Barrel Taproom. That's where Travis met Chad White also a Spokane native. Travis and Chad became friends and discussed what TT's might look like in its own space and the food it might serve. Instead of Chef White taking on another consulting gig both of these dudes decided just to partner up and added barbecue to compliment Travis's already popular beer offering. Since opening on Father's Day of 2019 TT's has been a smashing hit with the community and has earned multiple awards as Spokane's Best Barbecue.
