About Pictish Brewing Company

Pictish Brewing Company is a small independent brewery established in April 2000 by Richard Sutton. In 2013 Richard decided to opt for an easier life and skive off, leaving it in the hands of his old friend Paul Wesley. We brew a wide variety of high-quality cask conditioned ales, delivering direct to the licensed trade in Lancashire, Manchester and West Yorkshire. One thing that all our beers have in common is that they are brewed carefully and consistently using only the finest ingredients available. If anyone finds our pump clip designs to be amateurish, that’s because they are. There are some real howlers amongst them! They were once described as “a bit 90’s” and so were apparently old-fashioned before we’d brewed our first beer!
