About Phoenix Upper Main

Phoenix Upper Main, formerly the Phoenix Emporium is Ellicott City's original beer bar turned brew pub. The original location has closed we are now open for indoor and outdoor dining, as well as carryout food and beer from our new home at the top of the hill, 8308 Main Street, the former home of Ellicott Mills Brewing Company. We are now offering beer brewed on sight using the system inherited from Ellicott Mills.
