Wolfgang supplied Ngoma, Togo; Flame, New Zealand and Leningrad Cowboy, Finland. He asked Stephen if he wanted to brew beer in Germany using an American marketing theme. With an immediate yes, Stephen suggested The Raven. The Baltimore-registered company produced The Raven in honor of Edgar Allan Poe. Now brewed in Baltimore, Maryland, and at Brouwerij Strubbe, Ichtegem Belgium all brands are named after short stories and poems by Poe.
