About Nod Hill Brewery

We are a family-owned brewery making beer on a 10bbl solar-powered brewhouse in Ridgefield, CT. Our offerings include a range of distinct hop-forward beers, Old World lager & ale styles, and both clean & mixed fermentation oak-aged ales. We have a deep love for cask ale, and brew & serve a variety of English-style beers off two hand pumps in our taproom. Nod Hill opened in 2017 with the intention of crafting expressive, balanced, and unique beers that encourage a spirit of thoughtful enjoyment. Among several other green initiatives, we are the first 100% solar-powered brewery in CT and strive to operate our business mindfully, respectfully, & sustainably.
