About Broken Symmetry

Opened in 2018, Broken Symmetry Gastro Brewery is a super quaint 5BBL brewpub located in the heart of Bethel, CT: in the charming town’s historic, renovated train station. With 9 tap lines of their own beers on draft at all times, Broken Symmetry provides customers an ever-changing and wide variety of beer styles, traditional and modern alike. Founder and Head Brewer, Christopher Sanzeni, had spent 25 years in Aerospace Engineering before making the decision to follow his dream to brew great beer for the masses – still a scientist, just with a mash tun and boil kettle. In addition, Broken Symmetry is just one of a handful of brewpubs in the state, touting a full kitchen and incredibly delicious casual gourmet menu. The beer is excellent and the food and ambiance is quite an experience. Broken Symmetry is a hidden gem.
