Here at The Ministry we brew small batches of hand crafted ales. Brewing small batches means we can keep it fresh and that's the way it should be. We love experimenting with malt, yeast and hops - we even grow our own Cascade hops. We are also experimenting with oak barrels, fruit, herbs and various bacteria.
