About Microbrasserie du Château de Wiltz

The Château de Wiltz houses the National Museum of Brewing (Musée National d'Art Brassicole)—and the MICROBRASSERIE—which operates with the technical support of the Brasserie Simon. It is one of the smallest breweries in the world and serves as didactic support for seminars organized for companies or groups of friends. Not only does it give an overview of the different production cycles - from the crushing of the grains, through brewing and fermentation to storage - but it can also produce up to 50 liters of beer, depending on the brewer's taste. Discover the art of microbrewing: a seminar will introduce you to the brewing techniques in a single day.
