    Twisted Cat

    Dudelange, Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg

We began brewing in 2016 in a Junglinster basement — a small project that quickly grew into a full brewery and taproom in Dudelange, Luxembourg. At Twisted Cat, we care about how beer is made as much as how it tastes. We reclaim water during brewing, use only recyclable aluminum cans, and keep our environmental footprint low. Our ingredients are carefully selected, local when possible, and always high quality. We brew with balance and purpose — many of our beers are lower in ABV but full of character. We currently offer two Certified Organic beers, and our Alcohol-Free IPA earned a World Beer Award. Many of our beers are brewed with lower ABV, but never at the expense of flavour. We believe great beer can be both balanced and bold — crafted with intention, and enjoyed by everyone.

    Microbrasserie du Château de Wiltz

    Wiltz, Luxembourg

The Château de Wiltz houses the National Museum of Brewing (Musée National d'Art Brassicole)—and the MICROBRASSERIE—which operates with the technical support of the Brasserie Simon. It is one of the smallest breweries in the world and serves as didactic support for seminars organized for companies or groups of friends. Not only does it give an overview of the different production cycles - from the crushing of the grains, through brewing and fermentation to storage - but it can also produce up to 50 liters of beer, depending on the brewer's taste. Discover the art of microbrewing: a seminar will introduce you to the brewing techniques in a single day.

    STUFF Brauerei

    Steinsel, Luxembourg

We started production end of 2017 as the first brewery part of the new craft beer revolution in Luxembourg! Two guys, a garage and a love for beer. Locally we have we had a hard time as the drinks licensing laws are very outdated and give strong (legal) powers to the big boys already established. So we have gone for a new format to be able to experiment and help other small businesses around us. Since 2019, we contract brew some of our most popular beers using our original recipe from Luxembourg. With the space at our brewery, we work with a schnapps producer to use the surplus honey for a great honey beer. We work with a distillery for barrel aged beers and the local apple orchard for an apple beer, using fallen apples on the ground. This, just to name a few recent creations. We value honesty, quality and cooperation! And of course great tasting beer!!!
