About Kølster

Kølster Malt and Beer is a 100% organic and biodynamic brewery located 25miles north of Copenhagen, just off the coast to Øresund. We produce a broad variety of specialty beers made with grain from our own fields and malted in our own maltery. We do not pasteurize, filter, clarify or use any additives. We strive to make the best beer as possible - as natural and gently as possible. All bottles are gravity filled and undergoes a secondary fermentation and all kegs are filled using pressure. The entire production is certified organic, biodynamic (Demeter) and vegan.
