Harstad Brewery brews beer in both English and Belgian style, with some American inspiration added. Our brewery is a traditional English brewhouse where it's only used whole hops flowers for best taste and aroma. The yeast is collected in Yorkshire, England. It thrives best in open fermentation vessels where we collect yeast from the top to use in the next brew.
