Espedalen Fjellbryggeri ble etablert i 2004 som en del av den kommunale skjenkebevillingen og har siden da brygget øl for servering på Ruten Fjellstue. I 2015 fikk vi også salgsbevilling slik at øl med alkoholprosent inntil 4,7% kan selges i bryggeriet. Ølbryggingen blir ivaretatt av Arthur, som er utdannet Diplombrygger fra Den Scandinaviske Bryggerhøjskole i København. Nesten alt øl brygges for servering på Ruten Fjellstue, men det hender at det er noen flasker for salg i bryggeriet. Arthur brygger flere ulike øltyper og det vil variere gjennom året hva som er tilgjengelig. Det vil som regel si 5-6 ulike øl. Arthurs spesialitet er "Sevjeøl". Dette ølet brygges med bjørkesevje på ulike måter og krydres med Ryllik og Mjødurt.

In 2016 two of the original founders retired, and the brewery is today owned by a constellation of the two remaining founders, some employees at the brewery and three other Norwegian craft breweries Haandbryggeriet currently has 10 employees all participating in developing new ground breaking beers and recipes The brewery has a wide selection ranging from classic and traditional beers to new and innovative brews and hybrid beer styles. Sometimes brewed with local and Nordic ingredients such as cherries, sea buckthorn, raspberries, and lingonberries. Haandbryggeriet has since 2005 also made high quality sours and barrel aged beers such as porters and Christmas beers. In 2014, we invested in a Rolec Craft brewing System which allowed us to give people new and exciting lager yeast beers in addition to our production of ales. In 2016, we took our sour beer production a step further by starting a smaller brewery for our sour beers. We use only first class ingredients. Our beers are neither filtered or pastaurised. At Haandbryggeriet we work zealously every day to give you new exciting high quality beers!

The birth of Bent Gate. Inspired by the guys love for adventuring, they named the brewery Bent Gate. For those of you that don't know this is a type of carabiner, designed for climber and the use on quickdraw. The bent gate allows an easy insertion of the rope. The brewery is located in Gjerdrum, Norway. When the guys are not brewing beer, they can be found in the mountains either rock climbing, mountain biking or skiing.

Espen Lothe i Kinn Bryggerier har hjelpa Preben og Dag Håkon i gang med brygginga og brygget har raskt blitt ein stor suksess. Kun tilgjengeleg i hotellets restaurant Stovene eller Kjellaren pub.
