About Gravity Theory Cider
Gravity Theory is the trading name of Drinkscraft Ltd. Gravity Theory was created by our founder Dave whilst he was working from home during the pandemic of 2020, located just 10 miles away from where Sir Isaac Newton developed his Theory of Gravity. Dave shares a unique connection to Newton, having attended The King's School in Grantham, the same school where Newton himself was educated. Inspired by Newton's legacy, Dave embarked on a journey to create a cider that honors the spirit of curiosity and innovation. Our medium-dry sparkling cider is made from 100% single estate British apples. Golden in colour, it has a hint of sharpness balanced with a touch of sweetness. We use no concentrate, and is both vegan and gluten-free.
