About Goulburn Brewery
Australia’s oldest mainland brewery reopened in August 2025, under new ownership after extensive renovations. Its signature craft label, Wayback, takes its name from the traditional call to sheepdogs to “go back” or “wayback”. The range features eight beers, from a sparkling and pale ale to a dry stout and hazy pale. The Wayback brews also inspire the food menu, with highlights like pork knuckle brined in the house beer.
