About Goldwater Brewing Co.

Goldwater Brewing Co. was born from a family passion for brewing, rooted in Chad and Dillon McClelland’s early experiences with their father, Greg, an avid home brewer since 1986. What began as a garage hobby evolved into a shared dream, inspired by Chad’s travels through global craft beer scenes. With support from Greg, Dillon, and partner Jimmy Disken, the family launched Goldwater Brewing Co. on May 1, 2015. Blending Greg’s business sense, Chad’s brewing skill, Dillon’s creativity, and Jimmy’s operations expertise, they built a brand known for quality, innovation, and community—staying true to their roots as they continue to grow and craft exceptional beer.
