About Evan Evans

Today, our ethos is simple; we are proud to brew the best range of beers in Wales. We brew a series of core ales available throughout the year and then a monthly ale that changes with the seasons of the year. We select our raw materials carefully, looking for the best combination of malts and hops that will give us distinctive well-balanced beers, with subtle malt and hop flavours. Our malts are the finest floor-malted barleys, with a blend of Pearl and Halcyon barleys from the winter crop. Our beers use a recipe of hops from around the world, aiming to provide a subtle dry bitterness, and a spicy, often fruity, finish. The hops are blended very carefully with the malts to create a rounded, balanced beer. All our products are free from artificial colourants, brewing sugars and additives. Our products are completely natural. Our portfolio includes a range of Organic beers that provide a totally new experience for many of our customers, with interesting and different hop varieties.
