About Captain Bligh's
A small Independent brewery based in Hobart Tasmania, producing a range of colonial ales, and heritage cider. Head brewer, Steve Brooks has taken his love of ale and history and combined them to produce small batch specialty ales to pay homage to Tasmania’s rich brewing history. We brew in one of Tasmania’s oldest brewery buildings.
