About Burdock Brewery
We're a downtown brewery making beer we love for the people we love. Since 2015 we've been focusing on making beers that are food friendly, refreshing, pale, and easy-drinking. We mostly make lagers and pale ales, but we also love to make Grape Ales (beers inspired by wine). Ultimately, we're brewing beers that we want to drink everyday and share with the people we love.
