About Brewery Immiaq
In 2013 the first beer was brewed in the brewery in Ilulissat, Greenland. Since then a lot has happened. Our brew house has been replaced, and gone from 400 L to a 800 L system. Fermentation and conditioning capacity has grown from 1600 L to 5000 L. We have always brewed unfiltered, unpasteurized, 'All-Grain' beer. We are confident that we get a more natural, tasteful product that way. We hope you agree with us when you taste our beer. The beer is sold almost exclusively in Ilulissat. You can get the beer the following places: - Cafe Iluliaq - Brasserie Icecap - Hotel Arctic - Hotel Icefiord - Hotel Hvidefalk Skål!
