    Brewery Immiaq

    Ilulissat, Avannaata, Greenland

    In 2013 the first beer was brewed in the brewery in Ilulissat, Greenland. Since then a lot has happened. Our brew house has been replaced, and gone from 400 L to a 800 L system. Fermentation and conditioning capacity has grown from 1600 L to 5000 L. We have always brewed unfiltered, unpasteurized, 'All-Grain' beer. We are confident that we get a more natural, tasteful product that way. We hope you agree with us when you taste our beer. The beer is sold almost exclusively in Ilulissat. You can get the beer the following places: - Cafe Iluliaq - Brasserie Icecap - Hotel Arctic - Hotel Icefiord - Hotel Hvidefalk Skål!

    Godthaab Bryghus

    Nuuk, Sermersooq, Greenland

    Godthaab Bryghus er etableret og startede produktionen i 2006 Bryghuset er beliggende i hjertet af Nuuk, i en af byens allerældste huse, B-54 (bygning nr 54 i Nuuk), som dog takket være omfattende om- & nybygninger ikke har efterladt spor fra det oprindelige, såre beskedne, lille træhus. Bryggeriet har givet navn til hele ejendommen, Godthaab Bryghus, som med sine ca 3.000 M2 er en af Nuuk’s største erhvervsbygninger. I dag rummer ejendomskomplekset 7 forretninger, hvoraf de 6 hører direkte under Godthaab Bryghus.

    Qajaq

    Narsaq, Kujalleq Municipality, Greenland

    QajaQ brewery is located in Narsaq close to Greenlands Icecap, where we harvest carefully our icebergs drifting outside the brewery. Probably the purest water mother nature can provide us with 1000-4000 years old icebergs (water). We carefully choose our malt, hops and local ingredients for our beers. We´re “mainly” a lager brewery but also enjoy a good ale every once in a while. We´re a Greenlandic/Icelandic owned brewery with an American as head brewer and German as assistant brewer. Our main goal is to provide Greenland and the world with quality (locally) brewed beer and build up the knowledge in the country so they can learn how they can use their wonderful pure water.
