About Birrificio EXMU

Il birrificio e distilleria Exmu si trova sulla strada Sassari Alghero, a pochi km dall'aeroporto e dal porto di Porto Torres. All'interno di una azienda agricola storica, creata da Antonio Oggiano con Pietruccia Sole, portata avanti da Stefano Ruda con l'aiuto di Nina Oggiano e Nino Ruda e adesso guidata da Alessandro Cossu e Simona Ruda,alla coltivazione dei cereali abbiamo affiancato la produzione della birra e la distillazione. Cura delle materie prime e ricerca della qualita' sono le caratteristiche delle nostre produzioni, sempre partendo dalle materie prime aziendali. I nostri prodotti sono artigianali, non filtrati o pastorizzati, non vengono aggiunti aromi artificiali o coloranti, mantenendo cosi' le caratteristiche aromatiche delle materie prime utilizzate.
