About Birrificio Clandestino

Birrificio Clandestino nasce nel 2010 come primo birrificio artigianale della città di Livorno, grazie alla passione di Pierluigi che, prima da homebrewer e poi da mastro birraio, porta avanti la filoisofia del bere bene e di qualità. Produciamo una vasta gamma di birre senza farsi mancare tanta sperimentazione e voglia di brassare novità e collab insieme a tanti birrifici amici. Ci definiamo indipendenti dal 1593 non per errore, ma a sottolineare il legame con la nostra città. Nel 1593 furono emanate le LEGGI LIVORNINE da Ferdinando I De’Medici che dichiaravano Livorno primo porto franco indipendente del Mondo dove si garantiva inoltre libertà di culto, professione e politica, oltre all’annullamento di debiti e condanne.
