About Birrificio Aimara

Nel 2012 siamo saliti in macchina per un viaggio verso la Germania e siamo tornati con 1000 piante di luppolo. Così è nato il nostro luppoleto a Subiaco. Dopo sei mesi avevamo già il naso nel primo mosto come beerfirm. Per noi il legame con il territorio è un aspetto fondamentale e uno degli elementi che più lo descrive è l'Aniene. Il fiume è la nostra anima e unisce birrificio, luppoleto e taproom. Facciamo birra artigianale in Italia come ci hanno insegnato in UK e con tutto lo studio portato avanti negli USA. Produciamo con infusione singola all'inglese. Una scelta che caratterizza la visione e l'approccio della realtà Aimara: descrive perfettamente il carattere delle nostre birre, figlie di contaminazioni tra stili e tecniche da ogni paese. Cuore a Subiaco, occhi aperti sul mondo.
