About Beowulf Brewing Company
Beowulf has recently changed hands from Phil to me (Joe). Last year, I moved in next door to Phil. Phil had been running Beowulf for 25 years and he was ready to retire. This was an opportunity I had always been looking for but never believed it would quite literally appear on my doorstep. You couldn’t make it up. The deal was struck, and I am now the very proud owner of Beowulf Brewing Company. 25 years of brewing history, I am brewing an extensive back catalogue of award-winning, premium real ales. I have been passionate about real ales since my early 20’s and I am very excited for you to join me on this real ale adventure. I truly believe that there is a real ale for everybody and with the right guidance it is impossible not to fall in love with at least one of our many varieties. I look forward to meeting you all along the way. Please come and say hello at the brewery in Chasewater sometime if you are ever passing by.
