About Barbière

In our micro-brewery in back of the restaurant high quality specialty beers and ales created with influences from Belgian, English and American brewing culture. Stout, Porter or India Pale Ale we prefer to drink. We brew what tastes good or not even know. When ripe cherries hanging on the trees, when the elder blossoms, the way in our beer is never far away. Our experimentation are put no limits. It may well happen that a Sud lands in barrels where it matures a year before it is bottled in an elegant bottle of Prosecco. In the production of regional products are preferred. So is a part of the processed hops from farmers from the Zealand and the malt is supplied by certified organic producers.
