Our experimentation are put no limits. It may well happen that a Sud lands in barrels where it matures a year before it is bottled in an elegant bottle of Prosecco. In the production of regional products are preferred. So is a part of the processed hops from farmers from the Zealand and the malt is supplied by certified organic producers.
