The Double Elbow is my favorite of these kludges: two back to back 90 degree elbows allow you to connect almost anything to almost anything else. We produce small batches of lager bier that pay faithful homage to continental European flavors, aromas, and textures, but that are made entirely from American-grown ingredients. Kinney Creek Brewery is the first production brewery to open in Rochester, Minnesota since the last one shut down in 1922 due to Prohibition. As the first brewery in Rochester in 90 years, it is our goal to bring the best, freshest quality beer possible to our city's residents and visitors!
