About Watsons Brewery
Very small scale, one man band commercial brewing 2016-2026 as an early retirement project. I brewed a lot of one off beers rather than sticking to a small range of regular beers. I had a lot of fun, but I have now entered proper retirement. No more heaving firkins of beer about, and no more empty firkins to wash!
