Nestled on the banks of the River Ness, Uile-bheist (Scottish Gaelic for ‘monster’ pronounced Ewl-uh-Vesht). Represents our founder’s lifelong ambition of producing the best artisan whisky and beer in the heart of Inverness, Scotland.
