About Tzimbar Brew Co.

IT: La Birra Cimbra nasce nel novembre del 2011 da un’idea di due amici: Manuele e Stefano. L’intenzione era quella di fondere la loro passione per la birra e il loro amore per il territorio in un progetto che riuscisse ad avvicinare le nuove generazioni alle radici della tradizione Cimbra. Grazie anche alla collaborazione con l’Istituto di Cultura Cimbra di Roana e ad un’attenta progettazione dei dettagli, sono riusciti a creare una birra di alta qualità, che mantiene vivi i profumi di ogni singolo ingrediente.
